Q > Who do you sell your products to ?
A > Products available on this web site are offered to every one who requires quality mouldings. If you are an individual, your order will be processed with care as any other customer. If you are woodcrafter, home builder or cabinet maker, you will find an outstanding service and quality wood mouldings that meet all your specific needs.
Q > What lengths of mouldings are available?
A > Our mouldings vary in length from 7 to 10 feet. Note that mouldings are selected randomly for each order.
Q > How much will shipping cost?
A > Shipping costs are automaticaly calculated in your order according to the weight of your order. For example, an order of 50 pd would cost aproximately 25$ (plus taxes).
Q > When will my order be shipped?
A > Your order will be shipped within 24 hours. You can track the status of your order online. Click here.
Q > What happens if I'm not available to receive the order?
A > We recommend that you contact our customer service for an agrement on shipping. If the shipment is returned to us as unsuccesful delivery, shipping fees will not be refund and you will also have to pay the shipping fees for the second expedition.
Q > Can I return unused products?
A > No. All sales are final.
Q > Are mouldings always straight?
A > For various reasons, wood mouldings are not always straight, unlike MDF or other synthetic products. Since wood constantly expands and contracts, it is possible for some mouldings to be slightly curved. We unfortunately cannot offer any guarantees on this point.
Q > How long do I have to return a defective product?
A > Whatever the reason for your return, you must send mouldings back within 5 business days of receiving them. Note that you will have to pay the shipping and handling fees.
Q > What should I do if my mouldings were damaged during transportation?
A > Please contact our Customer Services within 48 hours to make a claim.
Q > Will I always receive the exact number of linear feet I ordered?
A > As mouldings vary in length from 7 to 10 feet, it is possible that the total number of linear feet you receive will not correspond exactly to the total quantity you ordered. However, we can guarantee that what you receive will always be equal to or slightly greater than what you ordered.
Q > If there is a mistake in my order, what should I do?
A > Please call Algonquin Direct Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Q > What should I do if I want to exchange one model for another, or for a model made of a different wood?
A > Please contact Algonquin Direct within 7 business days of receiving your order. Note that you will be charged for all shipping fees related to this exchange. A handling fee of 25% of the order will also be charged for all exchanges that are not the result of negligence on the part of Algonquin Direct.
Q > The mouldings I received are not quite straight. Why is that?
A > Wood fibres are cut to produce mouldings, which sometimes leads to warping. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that our mouldings will be perfectly straight.
